Transform a run-down Victorian building – previously a pub with private offices above – into 17 bijoux apartments. The developer's target market was second home owners that needed a hotel-styled pied-a-terre in town.
Elevated the status of each apartment by installing bespoke joinery, over-sized doors, engineered wood floors, large expanses of mirror and premium Miele kitchen appliances and Hansgrohe bathroom fittings. The developer asked us to dress 2 apartments. Both are represented in the images here.
Worked with architects to produce floor plans, elevations, lighting & decorative schedules. Designed bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, doors and bathroom cabinets. Dressed and styled two show flats. The first show apartment – and all the furniture - sold within 4 weeks enabling us to dress and style a second show apartment which also sold with the majority of the furniture.
